This class is for nannies and au pairs, or anyone who needs a little help and encouragement in preparing and cooking delicious and nutritious meals for their children.
This class starts at the very beginning. From chopping an onion, to steaming vegetables, and from a fool proof white sauce to cooking for the freezer. We discuss nutrition, batch cooking, preparing meals in advance and food hygiene and your au pair or nanny will leave Emma's Kitchen having cooked, and tasted up to 7 recipes which they can recreate for your children. The class will build confidence in even the very newest cooks. We make the class fun and it is a great way for new au pairs and nannies to meet each other.

The session will be a mixture of demonstration and 'hands on cooking' with lots of tasting so please encourage your au pair or nanny to arrive hungry!
