This class will give you the skills to produce a delicious (and stress free) three course dinner party, plus nibbles.
You will be taught everything you need to create a perfect dinner party, with tips on presentation and most importantly how to prepare most of the courses in advance so that you can enjoy the evening as much as your guests.

The session will be a mixture of demonstration and 'hands on cooking' with lots of tasting so please arrive hungry.
