If the ping of the microwave has become all-too-familiar and weeknight penne and pesto has started to pall, it might be time for a shake up in the kitchen.
This course is all about amazing food for two that's packed with flavour but isn't difficult to put together. We will teach you to cook some delicious dinners for special occasions as well as simple week day suppers which will become firm favourites.

- Roast Chicken with Coconut Gravy
- Ginger Prawns
- Tuna Wasabi Burgers
- Parmesan Chicken with Salsa Verde
- Duck with lentils and plums
The session will be a mixture of demonstration and ‘hands on cooking’ with lots of tasting so please arrive hungry.
